your application for ordination. You may contact us and
request a name change if your legal name has changed since the time you were
first ordained.
Ordination Date Change
Your default ordination date corresponds to the date you originally
completed your application for ordination. You may contact
us and request a different date under the following circumstance:
If you were ordained prior to your default ordination date (in-person, under
a different name, or via a different system) we may be able to
renew your ordination. You will need to contact our support staff for a
short interview and will likely be asked to provide proof of your prior
ordination, like a scan of your old ordination document. Please keep in mind
that we are only able to "renew" your ordination. Any documents you order
will display both your proven original ordination date and the "renewal"
ordination date on which your information was logged in the Universal Life
Church databases.

Minnesota Legal Requirements
The state of Minnesota requires all ministers ordained with the
Universal Life Church to provide a Letter of Good Standing with the church.
For your convenience we have added the required notarized letter
bearing the live signatures of the authorized church officials
that will comply with your local laws.
