Life's a Beach?

Every Sunday at Redondo Beach near Los Angeles, more than 100 parishioners met for church service at California’s ‘Church on the Beach’. But county officials just shut it down, saying that they’re no longer offering permits for religious services at public beaches. Now the church is suing, arguing that they’re being persecuted as Christians simply for wanting to spread the gospel with the sand between their toes.
